Teen Feed is looking for an experienced Support Coordinator to join our Service Links for Youth (SLY) team who is committed to structured support for homeless and street-involved youth promoting choices, addressing barriers to stability, and support ing wrap-around care and housing transition advisement.

This means STOP boots on the ground need a new fearless leader to supervise and support peer interns, collect metrics for trend analysis, and lead the charge for health and housing referrals and homelessness prevention.
