Food, wine, and fun, all for a great cause! Join is for a delicious summer adventure in support of Teen Feed’s programs for youth in need.
World re-known Executive Chef Maxime Bilet and the Modernist Cuisine culinary team will create a one-of-a-kind tasting experience for you and your friends! Chef Max and his team will recreate comfort foods served at Teen Feed’s meal program for homeless youth through the innovation of molecular gastronomy. Special wine pairings from Sozo wines will round out your epicurean experience. This culinary adventure will feature amazing food, fine wines, a complimentary raffle drawing, and much more! About Chef Maxime Bilet:
Chef Max, along with Nathan Myhrvold and Chris Young, is a co-author of the six-volume 2,400 page seminal work Modernist Cuisine: The Art and Science of Cooking. Since 2008, Max has held the position of head chef of development at The Cooking Lab in Seattle where he directs the research and development of recipes and culinary techniques, as well as the styling of the unique food photography of both Modernist Cuisine and Modernist Cuisine at Home. Scoffier magazine named Bilet one of the best emerging chefs in 2011, and Forbes magazine named him one of the top “30 under 30” in the food and wine industry. He has been a featured speaker around the world and has appeared in television programs, including the Martha Stewart show and “Modern Marvels.”
Chef Max has also participated as a Guest Chef at Teen Feed, helping a youth-led meal team prepare a Teen Feed meal for their peers.
